Leadership
Baaqir Yusuf
Co-Founder
Baaqir’s passion for entrepreneurship budded from watching other young leaders make impactful strides in the world - “if someone else can do it, why can’t we?” With a background from UNC Kenan-Flagler, he's been fortunate to have been surrounded by incredible people from early on.
Baaqir’s affinity for storytelling through production and design lies within his passions for traveling and forming deep, meaningful relationships with people from all walks of life. He loves his family and friends dearly, and enjoys spending quality time with them outside of Suora.
Along with directing and producing video projects, Baaqir oversees strategic initiatives, business development, partnerships, marketing, and operations for Suora.
Tristan Gardner
Co-Founder
Tristan is an adrenaline junky with a strong focus on quality relationships and taking care of his friends, co-workers, and valued clients. His connection with storytelling was sparked by millennial YouTube creators showing their experiences around the world through innovative videography and visual effects.
When Tristan has free time, you can find him flying planes to the beach, kiteboarding in 30 mph winds, producing music after midnight, or surfing frustratingly-small summer waves. He is a spontaneous individual excited immediately by unique ideas and the opportunity to learn.
Tristan’s primary roles involve business development, product development, advancing our studio’s capabilities through R&D and implementation, and leading productions.
Sullivan Rauzi
Head of Production
Sullivan brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as lead producer, with extensive industry experience in developing and producing original stories, working in production at the major studios of Los Angeles, and supervising post-production for an array of narrative, documentary, and commercial projects.
Originally from Round Rock, Texas, Sullivan received his B.S. in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin, and his passion for storytelling and expertise on everything video make him an incredible asset to our mission and vision at Suora.
